Based on customer insight we created a mailbox within the app.
An important part of the self-serivce experience was to enable digitale signing in the app.

Sampension Livsforsikringselskab Aps
I joined as a senior UX designer Sampension in June 2017. The goal was to create a better self-service experience for the customer by making it easier to plan pension and get an overview.
My role was to conduct user tests and align the design with both customers and stakeholders expectations. As a part of creating the app, I was also in charge of building up the design library from scratch.
Both an IOS and Andriod app was released in close collaboration with business analysts, advisors, customers and developers.
