The purpose of the project was to test the usabalility of the site medlem.coop.dk and highlight areas that are particularly problematic. The page's usability is crucial to COOP's total user experience, since the page also function as a webshop advertising the physical stores and as information channel. This mean that Medlem.coop.dk is part of a larger network of touchpoints that COOP consists of.
To test the usability of the site four methods were used: questionnaire, card sorting, performance metrics applied to task analysis and gazetracking.
SKILLS OBTAINED

Google Analytics: To gain a better understanding of the traffic and digital touch points.

Card sorting: A paper-based method was used to gain a deeper understanding of visitors mental model and how the interpret the different categories.

Performance metrics: To measure the page effectiveness test persons were asked to complete predefined tasks based on time.

Gazetracking: Combined with task-based test gazetracking helped to get
a more nuanced analysis of exactly where confusion on member.coop.dk.
